PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fremont Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of the Town of Fremont, will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2017 in the Town Meeting Room, 11 County Road 95 in Fremont, NY, in the matter of a Special Use being proposed on Lands of the Fremont Trust, S.B.L. #19.-1-49 and #19.-1-51, located at 140/142 Anawanda Lake View Rd, Town of Fremont, Sullivan County.
