The November regular monthly planning board meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 18. It will immediately follow the 7PM public hearing scheduled in regards to a Subdivision Application. Note the date change, the meeting is being held on the 3rd Wednesday this month due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
The pubic notice as published in the Democrat is as follows: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fremont Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of the Town of Fremont, will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in the Town Meeting Room, 11 County Road 95 in Fremont, NY, in the matter of a (2) lot Minor Subdivision being proposed on Lands of Jeanette Pfeil, S.B.L. #33.-1-23, located at 114 Newman Hill Rd, Town of Fremont, Sullivan County.
The above referenced application is available for inspection through the Town Clerk’s office or by contacting the Planning Board Chairman. Written public comments addressed to the Planning Board Chairman should be received prior to the public hearing.
