The July regular monthly planning board meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 22. It will immediately follow the 7PM public hearing scheduled in regards to a Subdivision Application.

The pubic notice as published in the July 10 Democrat is as follows: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fremont Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of the Town of Fremont, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 7:00pm, in the Town Meeting Room, 11 County Road 95, Fremont, NY to receive public comments on the Major Subdivision Application of New York Land & Lakes Development LLC. The property, currently owned by the Bernard Fleischer Revocable Trust, is located on Tennanah Lake Rd and Hankins Road (County Route 93), S.B.L. #16.- 1-7; 16.-1-8.2; 16.-1-12; 22.-1-9; and 22.-1-13. The applicant is proposing to subdivide 183.4 acres into 13 parcels ranging from 6.02 to 37.3 acres.

The above referenced applications are available for inspection through the Town Clerk’s office or by contacting the Planning Board Chairman. Written public comments addressed to the Planning Board Chairman should be received prior to the public hearing.

Please be advised the monthly planning board meeting originally scheduled for June 24 has been rescheduled for one week later, Wednesday, July 1 at 7:00pm.

The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. On the agenda is:
– Major Subdivision Application – Crystal Lake Forest Subdivision – located on the Fleischer property on Tennanah Lake Road and CR 93 (16-1-7, 16-1-8.2, 16-1-12, 22-1-9, 22-1-13)
– Section 100-14(B) Review for the Tennanah Lake Hamlet District to determine if a “Summer Camp” is an allowed Special Use

The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 7:00pm in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. On the agenda is a potential multi-family Special Use permit application involving parcel 35.-1-22.2 (54 County Road 94) and a potential mass gathering Special Use permit application involving parcel 2.-1-12 (75 Will Rd).
