The October regular monthly planning board meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 28. It will immediately follow the 7PM public hearing scheduled in regards to a Subdivision Application.
The pubic notice as published in the Democrat is as follows: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fremont Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of the Town of Fremont, will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in the Town Meeting Room, 11 County Road 95 in Fremont, NY, in the matter of a (3) lot Minor Subdivision being proposed on Lands of ALR 13, LLC, S.B.L. #18.-1-9.2 and #18.-1-9.3, located at 260 Anawanda Lake Rd, Town of Fremont, Sullivan County.
