PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Fremont Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of the Town of Fremont, will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in the Town Meeting Room, 11 County Road 95 in Fremont, NY, in the matter of a (3) lot Minor Subdivision being proposed on Lands of Anthony Wayne & Sandra Wayne, S.B.L. #22.-1-3.4, located at the corner of Tennanah Lake Rd and County Road 93, Town of Fremont, Sullivan County.

The November Planning Board meeting regularly scheduled for the 4th Wednesday of the month (11/23) has been rescheduled due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and to accommodate the timely scheduling of a Public Hearing. The meeting will be held on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at 7:00PM in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. A public hearing will be held at this time the details of which are below. Wilson, K. Hourigan and R. Tierney, S.B.L. #18.-1-4, located on Anawanda Lake Rd, Town of Fremont, Sullivan County.

The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 7:00PM in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. The agenda includes a minor 2-lot subdivision on parcel 18.-1-4 on Anawanda Lake Rd.

“The 25th Anniversary of the Persian Gulf War”

The Grand Army of the Republic first organized a Memorial Day Parade in the Town of Fremont to honor those who served in the Civil War. The tradition of honoring all the men and women who have served our country, many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice, will continue with this, the 132nd Fremont Memorial Day Parade and ceremonies.
