The proposed changes, including a draft of the proposed Section 100.29 Solar Law, are available on the Town of Fremont Website http://www.fremontny.org/resources.shtml

Town of Fremont Clean up Day will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 9am until 1pm. See attached document for details.
The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 7:00PM in the Fremont Town Meeting Room has been cancelled due to a lack of agenda items. The next regularly schedule meeting is Wednesday, May 25th. Contact the Planning Board Chairman, Jim Smith, if you have a project or application you would like to bring before the board.
The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. Immediately following the regular meeting the Town Board and Planning Board will hold joint workshop to discuss potential updates to the Town Zoning Law.

The regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Fremont Town Meeting Room. On the agenda will be a pre-application discussion for a Special Use permit for the 29.5 acre Wayne parcel #22.-1-3.4 and a discussion about possible zoning updates.
